Cold processing uses a 5W 355nm UV laser that breaks molecular bonds instead of burning material away, so there is almost no heat-affected zone. That makes it the right tool for glass, clear acrylic, plastics, silicone, coated parts, and anything that would scorch, yellow, or warp under a CO₂ or diode beam.

    • Burn-free marking on glass, crystal, and clear acrylic
    • No yellowing or melting on plastics, silicone, and coated parts
    • Ultra-fine detail for micro text, serial numbers, and QR codes
    • Frosted, high-contrast marks on transparent materials
    • Works on heat-sensitive electronics, films, and thin foils
